Jacobs Feasey Associates is a Practice of Chartered Architects and CDM Co-ordinators covering all aspects of planning, architecture, building design, Health & Safety and interiors for both large and small projects.

The Company was formed in 1996

The Practice philosophy is to offer good design by responding quickly, efficiently and accurately to client requirements and providing effective management. This philosophy has been extended to the full design service.

The Practice offers a full architectural range of services from inception and advice on planning and developing projects through the Planning and Building Control process, tender action, contract administration, inspections, completion and advice on maintenance.

The Practice offers a full CDM Co-ordinator Service to clients to ensure they comply with their duties under the Health & Safety Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations 2007. The CDM Co-ordinator Service can be provided independently on qualifying projects to supplement project consultants who are not qualified in this field.

Our aim is to provide a flexible approach to meet the needs of each individual client. Each commission is given detailed attention led by a Partner in charge to provide a bespoke solution with the aim of completing the end product on site within budget and on time.
